Hosted at our private villa sanctuary inside the exclusive, high-security resort gates of Puerto Aventuras, The Lumina Experience is an intentionally designed somatic and ancestral transformation. We bridge ancient medicine with refined comfort, using a streamlined three-phase element circuit to systematically cleanse your slate, detoxify your body, and drop your nervous system into profound, lasting peace. Every phase is beautifully woven together to support a seamless transition from the noise of the outside world into total rejuvenation. To preserve the absolute safety, depth, and intimacy of the container, each evening is strictly limited to 12 guests. The Evening Flow Phase I: The Clearing & Grounding | 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM The sanctuary gates open at 4:30 PM. Step away from the demands of the outside world and enter a private, high-end gated oasis designed for total presence and immediate decompression. The Purification: Upon entering the sanctuary grounds, you receive a traditional clearing ritual using sacred copal smoke to gently wash away external noise and transition your energy into the space. The Preparation: We gather in a circle on our manicured outdoor grass lawn to sit with our master Temazcalero (medicine keeper). Here, you will set your intentions, learn the ancient code of the fire dome, and mentally prepare your body and spirit for the heat crucible ahead. Phase II: The Ancestral Fire Dome | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM At 5:00 PM, we step inside our custom-built limestone Temazcal—a powerful ancestral dome heated by glowing volcanic rocks pulled straight from our outdoor masonry oven. The Crucible: Guided by our expert medicine keepers, you will journey through a traditional 4-Door ceremony, honoring the elements, the directions, and the cycles of life. The Release: The combination of sacred chants, targeted medicinal steam, and deep therapeutic heat triggers a profound physical and emotional cellular detox, fully flushing out deep-seated toxins and completely opening every pore in your skin. Phase III: The Earth & Sound Integration | 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM Emerging from the heat of the dome, you receive an immediate cold-water thermal shock or a refreshing dip in our natural, well-water cenote-style pool to instantly reset your central nervous system, lock in cellular vitality, and regulate your body temperature. The Recovery: Take a moment to breathe, rest, and nourish your system with a curated selection of fresh artisanal local fruits and naturally brewed iced herbal botanical teas. The Earth Cure: Sourced from pure, untouched veins deep within the Mayan jungle near Francisco Uh May, our proprietary branded clay is applied to your body. Because the deep heat of the dome has completely flushed and opened your pores, your skin acts like a sponge, deeply absorbing the raw mineral and biological nutrients of the earth. The Dissolve: Covered in the cooling clay, you will settle onto the soft carpet of our premium outdoor artificial grass lawn for the final integration. As our resident sound therapists play live acoustic instruments and crystal sound bowls—enhanced by targeted aromatherapy and crystal healing—you drop into a deep parasympathetic state, allowing the body and mind to completely absorb the shift. The Return: By 8:00 PM, rinse clean in our private outdoor rain showers and step back into the resort community completely sovereign, grounded, and biologically renewed.
