Coloradito Mole celebrates the joy of gathering around the table. Traditionally served at weddings, patron saint festivals, and family celebrations, it symbolizes abundance and the value of sharing. Its rich red color reflects the strength of the earth and the passion of a culinary tradition passed down through generations, where every ingredient finds the perfect balance of sweetness, spice, and heritage.

Yellow Mole – Living Earth

White Mole, also known as Wedding Mole, is one of the most refined expressions of Mexico’s ceremonial cuisine.
